This is a recurring monthly membership and will be charged to your credit card automatically. Six months minimum. Forfeit the cost of one month if you cancel early. It will not stop after 6 months but will continue to run until YOU cancel it. Cancel at anytime after 6 months with a 30 day written notice to info@vitalizewellnessnc.com or text 919-739-2668. NO REFUNDS. Purchased services are not shareable. Monthly account credit rolls over, but will expire in 1 year.

Yes! If you don’t use your monthly service, your benefits roll over as credit toward future treatments. Banked credits can be applied toward other aesthetic services and remain valid for one year, allowing you to use them whenever it fits your schedule best.
A minimum six-month commitment is required. After six months, your membership automatically renews until you choose to cancel. This ensures consistent progress toward your goals while providing flexibility for continued savings and access to our physician-led, medically guided treatments and products.
After the six-month period, you may cancel anytime with a 30-day written notice sent to info@vitalizewellnessnc.com or by texting (919) 739-2668. Early cancellation before six months results in a $100 fee. No refunds are issued for previous payments or unused services.
No. Memberships are designed for individual use to ensure personalized care and accurate treatment tracking. Discounts, credits, or services may not be shared or transferred to another person. However, you can still purchase separate services or gift cards for friends and family.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other Vitalize promotions or special offers. However, the built-in savings—such as 10% off services, skincare, and injectables—are exclusive to members and provide consistent value across all eligible treatments throughout your membership.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your monthly treatment will be forfeited. No-shows also result in a lost service for that month. This policy ensures fair scheduling and respect for provider availability and other patients.
